Welcome to Lake Eildon Marine
We are Victoria’s newest marine dealership and the home of Savage Aluminium Boats and Evinrude Outboard Engines up here at Jerusalem Creek, Lake Eildon.
We are at Jerusalem Creek Marina and Holiday Park, which is a harbour at Lake Eildon just a few kilometres from the town of Eildon. A business that has been here for over 40 years and so our connection with boating and the lake goes back a long, long way.
Although the dealership at LEM is new, the people behind it have been around the lake area and around boats for decades. It’s a perfect combination of boating and technical experience, with local knowledge of Lake Eildon, which is one of Australia’s premier places to go boating.
Lake Eildon Marine is unique amongst boat dealerships in that it is actually right on the shores of the lake. We have our own boat ramp and jetties, so access to the water is easy. It also means our service centre and technicians are within easy reach too, so if you need help or advice we’re right here and waiting.
Now let’s put some names to the crew here at Lake Eildon Marine.
Roger Polak. He’s our full time manager and also an Evinrude Certified Technician. Roger has been building and restoring outboards for decades and has also been a performance two-stroke engine builder for many years. If he’s not in the LEM showroom or the service centre the best way to find him is to head out on the lake. Chances are he’s zooming around out there right now!
Peter Burchill. Pete will talk to you about all things Savage, Evinrude and fishing. His fishing knowledge of the lake is hard to top and he knows what boating at Lake Eildon is all about. But it’s not just lake boating that Pete can help you out with. He’s fished all over the world and even in the croc haven waters around Darwin!
Krystal Robertson. Our media and marketing guru pretty much grew up on Lake Eildon and has worked at Jerusalem Creek for years. She has photographed much of the area and will be making heaps of videos of our boats tearing up Lake Eildon.
So that’s the past, but here comes the future and things will continue to grow here at Lake Eildon Marine. We’re ready and waiting to get you boating!
